KidLife is the children’s ministry at Eastwood Church of God. It exists to teach God’s truth in ways that impact a child’s choices and actions. Through our community of families, volunteers, and children, KidLife creates an atmosphere to meet God and get to know Him a little better each week…all while having fun.

How do we keep your child safe?

Your child’s safety and security is a priority for you and us. Below is a list of ways we keep your child safe when you bring them to KidLife:

– Check-In: After you are registered, you and your child will be given matching security tags that are unique to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion of your matching security tags, which bears a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

– Background Checks: We make sure that every volunteer that serves in KidLife has gone through a Federal background check to ensure the safety of your child.

– CPR Certified: We hope we never have to rely on CPR, but we want to be prepared for every occasion just in case. Our KidLife Pastor and several of our Volunteers are CPR Certified. We post this list of CPR certified persons in the KidLife room.

– Security Cameras: The use of security cameras are for your child’s protection and security.

– Sanitary: Nobody likes areas and toys that are soaked with germs. We strive to keep our areas and toys sanitized and free of harmful microorganisms.

BabyLife (Nursery)

For the youngest in our care, we share God’s love with smiles, snuggles, and lots of rocking. As they start to crawl and explore, adult volunteers get to play with the children and have fun. This is your child’s introduction to how special God’s love is.

K-5th Grade

Children get to engage in high-energy worship and dynamic Bible teaching that targets their age and shows the children how it can apply to their life. Our volunteers are trained to help your child discover a relationship with Jesus and gain confidence to be all they can be.
